Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day office administrative matters.
  • To assist on clerical duties such as extracting report, documentation filling and key in data.
  • Handle day-to-day matters and to provide efficient support for administration processes.
  • To liaise with both internal & external parties on administrative activities related matters.
  • Manage and handle daily operations, clerical, preparing invoice and other administrative works.
  • To execute ad-hoc duties when required.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience in administration or receptionist roles will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Willing to work Shah Alam

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
