Understanding of short-term leasing structures and mall promotional space management.

Basic lease negotiation and lease administration knowledge.

Knowledge of event planning and execution (e.g., activations, product launches, seasonal events).

Familiarity with budgeting principles and KPI monitoring.

Awareness of retail industry trends and competitive landscape.

Understanding of tenant relationship management practices.

Knowledge of mall operational procedures and compliance requirements.

Risk identification and mitigation awareness in event execution.

Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and standard office applications.

Source and secure short-term tenants for promotional spaces, push carts, storage space and common areas.

Attend to enquiries and manage bookings for advertising panels and promotional spaces.

Prepare proposals, booking forms, and related leasing documentation in accordance with SOP.

Coordinate event setup and dismantling in compliance with approved demarcation plans.

Ensure event spaces are presentable, safe, and operationally ready.

Monitor rental billing and follow up on collection of promotional space rentals.

Maintain accurate records and filing of leasing documents.

Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and event organizers.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with mall guidelines.

Identify and execute leasing opportunities aligned with peak trading activities
