Billing Analyst

Salary: Up to RM2,200 – RM2,500 (depending on experience)

Location: Seksyen U8, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers within agreed timelines.
  • Verify billing data, rates, and supporting documents before invoice generation.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
  • Monitor billing cycles and ensure timely submission of invoices.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and Finance teams.
  • Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Generate billing reports and analyse billing trends.
  • Support month-end closing and account reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with SST and company billing procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in billing operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & SAP
Good communication and analytical skills
