Job Description

We are looking for a Machine Operator (Bending) to join our production team in Oglaend Industries Seksyen 16 Shah Alam. This role is responsible for setting up and operating bending and roll-forming machines to produce quality parts according to engineering drawings, production plans, and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bending and roll-forming machines with the correct tooling and parameters
• Ensure parts are properly aligned and processed according to specifications
• Carry out bending and roll-forming work based on production planning to support on-time delivery
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, and make necessary adjustments when needed
• Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, measuring tapes, and micrometers for checking dimensions
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow job priorities set by planners and line leaders
• Prepare required production documents such as engineering drawings, quality checklists, and manufacturing orders
• Update completed jobs into the system and ensure finished parts are properly transferred to the next workstation
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in machine operation, bending, or roll-forming work in manufacturing
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings
• Familiar with measuring instruments and basic quality inspection
• Basic troubleshooting skills for production machines
• Willing to work shifts and overtime
