Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Procurement Executive di SGS Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team in Shah Alam. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services to support daily operations.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on pricing, quality, and delivery performance
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and optimal value for the company
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and timelines
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Resolve supply issues, including delays, quality concerns, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain 
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team
• Familiar with ERP systems with strong skills in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong knowledge of procurement practices and relevant trade regulations
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage
