• Systems & Compliance: Develop, maintain, and audit the Quality Management System (e.g., ISO 9001, FSSC 22000). Ensure strict adherence to food safety laws (like the Malaysian Food Regulations) and manage all internal and external regulatory inspections.
• Process & Problem Solving: Monitor production using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis. When issues arise, perform root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent them from happening again.
• Product & Supplier Quality: Establish testing procedures, inspect finished products, and manage any defective materials. Additionally, evaluate, audit, and monitor the performance of all material suppliers.
• Improvement & Training: Actively seek ways to improve process efficiency and product quality. Educate and train plant staff on proper quality control procedures to ensure site-wide compliance.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
