Job Description:

• To manage and to lead the Procurement department in all aspects of Quantity Surveying/Purchaser works.
• To assist preparation of project budget (pre-project) and profit & lost (post project) report.
• Attend site visit, tender briefing, measurements, and other means for provision of project costing
• To assist procurement, proposal and tenders exercises for project costing purposes.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities or Specification document for tendering/RFP purposes.
• Evaluation of tenders received in the form of tender reports.
• To establish & update procurement/supplier database (list of items, supplier/contractors/service providers, product, pricing etc.)
• To establish a standard template for project costing for different installation types.
• Develop standardized costing templates tailored to different installation types or project scopes.
• To become a point of contact/liaison person on behalf of the company for anything related to supplier/procurement
• Create and maintain SOPs for procurement workflows; ensure documentation aligns with ISO and internal standards.
• Provide technical and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer or project team as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement roles (preferably within Solar Industry).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, costing software, and procurement systems.
• Familiar with ISO documentation and tendering best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
