- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Own transport and a valid driving licence.
Tanggungjawab
- Understand and consult client needs, budget and event goals.
- Develop creative themes, layouts and timelines tailored to the event type (wedding, corporate, etc.)
- Prepare and monitor the event budget, ensuring costs stay within limits.
- Source and liaise with vendors (catering, decor, AV, entertainment, etc.) and ensure deliverables
- Create event timelines, floor plans, and run-sheets to manage flow and operations.
- Supervise setup, manage vendors, handle last-minute issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Oversee clean-up, settle payments, evaluate success, and gather feedback from clients
- To solve problem, backup plan and communicate fast during crisis
