We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set or partial set of accounts
• Perform data entry, invoicing, and filing of accounting documents
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions
• Prepare payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, and basic reports
• Support month-end closing and audit preparation
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
