They assign work, create schedules, provide coaching, handle conflicts, and ensure standards are met in various environments like retail, manufacturing, or offices.Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor staff, assign tasks, and manage daily workflows.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Training & Development: Onboard new hires, provide ongoing coaching, and identify career growth opportunities.
• Communication: Relay information between the team and senior management, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Operations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards; address bottlenecks and operational challenges.
• Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for issues, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions.
