Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform Setups of Stamping Presses ranging from 32 ton to 120 ton using Standard Work Procedures, work instructions, and machine controlled software. Perform set-ups in a minimum amount of time. Verify the status of the tooling before beginning the set-up process. Safely retrieve and return tooling to the storage area using the proper technique.
• Simultaneously run a minimum of two primary machines. Responsible for the quality and quantity of products being manufactured. Demonstrate the ability to proficiently operate multiple Primary machines.
• Perform all material handling duties required to keep a job productive. Safely retrieve materials and return the unused coil / wire stock to the storage areas using an electric hand-cart or fork truck.
• Proficiently use measuring devices (vernier calipers, micrometers, gage pins, etc.) and a shadow graph to ensure the highest level of component quality.
• Demonstrate methodical trouble shooting skills to resolve component quality issues.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping practices (minimum 5S + 1, level 4).
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor, and flex to areas of constraint.
• To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.

Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Capable to identify and understanding all information & critical area of products being manufactured.
• Understand overall stamping operating procedures.
• Collect production information in manufacturing process inclusive of : process parameter records, manufacturing ledger updates.
• Assist on gathering manufacturing information by compiling, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data.
• Coordination, monitoring and gathering feedback of implemented systems, procedures, policies for further improvement.
• Assisting on resolving stamping process problem by investigating issues, collecting & analyzing data, identifying root cause.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources.
• Create, revises & monitor implemented systems, drawing & procedures of record-keeping systems, process procedure & one point lesson, product inspection plan specification & record changes.
• Capable to utilize all the equipment in stamping inclusive of microscope, OGP, profile projector, vision inspection system, stamping machine.
• To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
