Kerja Sepenuh Masa Service Advisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di CHAN AUTO SERVICE BODYWORKS S/B Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend adjuster assigned for each vehicle.
• Maintain an accurate record of all work checked in for the day to be followed up on including carry forward vehicles.
• Ensure all customers are kept well informed of the progress of their vehicles.
• Ensure that all additional upselling is communicated to the customers to obtain authorization where necessary.
• Communicate a new/updated agreed time of completion if necessary due to additional work authorized or parts ordered.
• Carry out a daily analysis and update of all WIP open under your name.
• Communicate necessary information to the Person-In-Charge in order to schedule an appointment for all vehicles to return where parts on order have arrived.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM;
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seksyen 25 Shah Alam;
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday. 9am to 6pm;
• Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm;
• Saturday: 9am - 3pm.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
