• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Terminal Operations Admin team.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of operational documents, reports, and records.
• Coordinate daily administrative support for terminal operations, including loading, unloading, dispatch, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Attend to client emails, operational enquiries, and administrative correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise with transporters, contractors, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational coordination.
• Review and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and KPI reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSSE requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support audits, inspections, inventory reconciliation, and emergency response exercises by maintaining complete documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement on purchase requests, invoices, and operational documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and service delivery.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Terminal Supervisor or Terminal Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in terminal operations, logistics, oil & gas, or industrial administration.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in a petroleum terminal environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work in Shift

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
