Agensi Aiman Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Front Desk / Customer Service to join our team in Shah Alam.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins.
- Prepare quotations and provide basic information on the company's services.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and applications.
- Manage customer records and ensure documentation is accurate.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties.
- Maintain a professional and organised front desk environment.
Benefits
