1. IT Support:

• Retail Systems Management: Provide support for Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and other retail applications.
• Hardware Maintenance: Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, printers, and other office equipment in the stores.
• Helpdesk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for outlet staff needing assistance with IT-related issues.
• Data Backup & Security: Ensure regular data backups and implement data security measures to protect sensitive retail information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
