About the Role

We are looking for a Voice & Data Support Engineer to join our growing technical support team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of VoIP, networking, and IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and commission Voice & Data solutions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for VoIP and networking systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Provide onsite, remote, and telephone technical support.
• Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and service reports.
• Deliver user or technical training when required.
• Prioritize multiple support activities while meeting service expectations.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional technical support.
• Participate in scheduled after-hours or weekend support when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of VoIP, networking, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.
