Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company procedures. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating hiring activities, managing personnel records, handling disciplinary and grievance processes, and providing guidance to managers and employees on HR matters. The role also involves organizing training and development initiatives, supporting employee engagement activities, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to manage staffing needs effectively.
  • Experience with performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution to support a healthy work environment.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, with solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR administration, including maintaining accurate personnel records and handling payroll coordination or HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to work with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional ethics in HR practices.
  • Experience organizing training, coaching, or development programs to strengthen staff capabilities and performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an HR managerial or supervisory role, preferably within service-oriented industries such as travel, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills and proficiency in standard office software
