Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and official receipts.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding overdue invoices.
• Update and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
• Prepare daily and monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding customer payment status and account issues.
• Process customer refunds, rebates, and credit notes when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports for management.
• Perform bank receipt matching and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and filing of AR documents.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing related to Accounts Receivable.
• Liaise with customers to resolve invoice disputes and payment issues.
• Ensure all AR transactions comply with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Support auditors by preparing AR-related documents during audits.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
