The Role
Make an impact from day one across these key areas:
- Install, test, and commission medical equipment at customer sites across Malaysia
- Respond to breakdown calls and technical complaints, providing both remote and on-site support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and network issues efficiently
- Prepare service documentation including repair reports, calibration records, and PPM contracts
- Record and manage all service activities using a digital CMMS platform
- Spot and develop technical sales opportunities that contribute to service revenue growth
- Support product training, demonstrations, and promotional events when required
You will bring the following to the table:
- 0-3 years of experience in technical service, equipment repair, or field engineering.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in optical instruments, surveying equipment, precision measurement systems, or related engineering industries are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and hardware troubleshooting skills
- A valid manual driving licence - essential for this role
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Malaysia (accommodation provided for outstation trips)
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for learning
- Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
