Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Shah Alam. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support internal operations and client-facing platforms, working across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing secure and scalable features, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring consistency of UI and UX. The role involves collaborating with product, operations, and compliance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high coding and documentation standards. The engineer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and help improve development processes and tools.

Qualifications
- Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills for building and maintaining end-to-end web solutions.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
- Experience in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive interfaces.
- Practical knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for styling, layout, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (e.g., Git), and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and performance optimization in web applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exposure to financial services or fintech environments is an advantage, as is experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
