Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
• Ensure the quantity, product description, batch number, and expiry date (where applicable) match the supporting documents.
• Record and update all receiving transactions accurately in the ERP, WMS, or inventory system.
• Prepare and file receiving documents, including Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and supplier invoices.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely unloading and proper storage of received goods.
• Report shortages, overages, damaged goods, or discrepancies to the Purchasing Department and Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery discrepancies, missing items, or replacement goods.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and ensure all documents are properly organized for audit purposes.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory cycle counts when required.
• Ensure all received goods comply with the company's quality standards before acceptance.
• Monitor pending deliveries and update relevant departments on delivery status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly receiving reports.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure receiving documents are complete for supplier payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
