JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting and monitoring sales achievement by monthly, quarterly basis as well on annual forecast.
• Responsible for product distribution, pricing stability, merchandiser management, full compliance of channel must-have-list, timely implementation of marketing actvities, planogram design and usage or distribution of POSM.
• Mantaining good relationship with Customers, as well as provide solution/follow-ups to meet Customer's requirement, deadline and satisfaction.
• Gather insights and information on market intelligence (competitors activities, market situation etc.) for business development.
• Responsible for usual sales operations such as sales order, stock returned, disputes, itenerary design, merchandiser management etc.
• Prompt and timely reports to Superior with Customer's progress/market situation and make appropriate recommendations to improve sales performance.
• Specific tasks which are assigned by Superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in an FMCG environment.
• Strong project management skills and problem solving skills.
• Meeting deadline and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Having strong interpersonal and group communication skill.
• Team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
