Objective:
- Run on-track operations but also be able to fulfil any position within Evolt Karting should the situation require it. Be in charge of track operation and safety.
- Ensure the operation you are handling during your shift is running smoothly, according to the SOPs, as per Evolt Karting’s rules and safety standards.
- Make sure timings are respected and guests have a satisfying experience. Supervise all staff working under your supervision and within the same shift.
- Report to CEO in order to improve operations standards, reduce costs or report an isolated incident.
- Participate to the organization of events.
Job description / Responsibilities:
- Check all safety aspects of the track and karts before starting a shift.
- Make sure that all operation and safety equipment is in place and functioning properly before starting a shift.
- Brief the staff operating under your supervision during your shift, manage them during your shift and ensure they respect SOPs and are delivering a quality work.
- Welcome guests and make sure they have a valid ticket and are within the correct time slot.
- Guide them to the briefing room.
- Make sure all participants attend the safety briefing and understand all safety aspects of Karting.
- Make sure all SOPs, Evolt Karting’s rules, safety standards and any other verbal instruction received from your management is implemented at all times when on duty.
- Take all necessary action when a guest is not meeting the safety criteria or is not following the SOPs or internal venue rules.
- Always anticipate briefing and sessions preparation in order to make sure timing is respected and sessions are delivered on time.
- Decide when to stop a session if and when guests’ behavior or any other matter is creating a potentially dangerous situation.

OPERATING HOURS:
Monday-Friday: 4pm-12am.
Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday: 12pm-12am.
STAFF WORKING HOURS:(45 hours/week: 5 Work Days, 2 off days per week).
Monday-Friday: 3.30pm-12.30am (1 hour break).
Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday: 11.30am-12.30am (2.5 hours break).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
