Job Requirements:

Academic Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in a relevant field such as construction, engineering, or project management.
• Higher qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Attitude and Character

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Computer literate and numerate (strong basic calculation skills).
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management

• Manage construction and cleaning service projects.
• Ensure all project packages meet agreed specifications, within the allocated budget, and according to the set timeline.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project implementation from start to finish.

2. Technical Advisory & Problem-Solving

• Provide technical advice related to site operations.
• Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

3. Site & Staff Supervision

• Supervise on-site workers and ensure that all work packages are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and schedule work shifts for construction workers, laborers, and other on-site staff.
• Coordinate construction activities with related projects to ensure smooth operations.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare site reports and maintain relevant project documentation.

5. Planning & Requirements Assessment

• Review technical specifications to determine construction needs and plan work procedures.
• Coordinate the allocation of materials and manpower required for project completion.

6. Site Safety & Inspection

• Monitor work progress and ensure all on-site activities adhere to schedule.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and the construction site to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

7. Procurement & Costing

• Work with Quantity Surveyors on material orders and pricing decisions.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
