About the role

Asia Lab Manufacturing is seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Streaming Host to join our team on a full-time basis in Jitra, Kedah. This role represents a unique opportunity within the hospitality and guest services sector, bridging digital engagement with customer interaction. As a Live Streaming Host, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating compelling content that entertains, informs and engages our online audience in real-time. This position is integral to our digital strategy and customer relationship management, requiring someone who can captivate viewers whilst maintaining professionalism and authenticity throughout live broadcast sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on various platforms, maintaining high energy and engaging presentation throughout broadcasts
• Interact authentically with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, questions and feedback during live sessions
• Prepare and plan engaging content topics, scripts and talking points prior to each broadcast
• Promote products, services or company initiatives in an informative and entertaining manner
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligned with company objectives
• Monitor broadcast quality, technical performance and viewer engagement metrics during live sessions
• Build and maintain a loyal audience base through consistent, high-quality content and genuine viewer interaction
• Adapt content and presentation style based on audience feedback and performance analytics
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanour in line with company branding guidelines
• Meet specified broadcast schedules and deadlines with reliability and punctuality

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a live streaming host, content creator or similar role requiring on-camera presentation skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a natural charisma and engaging personality
• Strong ability to think quickly and respond authentically to audience interactions in real-time
• Proficiency with live streaming platforms and social media tools (such as Facebook Live, YouTube Live, TikTok Live or similar)
• Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment and troubleshooting common technical issues
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to strict broadcast schedules
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when preparing broadcast content
• Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and marketing departments
• Preferred: Experience in hospitality, tourism, retail or customer-facing sectors
• Preferred: Familiarity with content creation tools and basic video editing software
