Front Desk Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fresh graduate are welcome
