About the role

Asia Lab Manufacturing is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Jitra, Kedah. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative and engaging our audience across multiple platforms. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and distributing compelling content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role is integral to our marketing strategy and will have a direct impact on how our audience perceives and interacts with Asia Lab Manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, create, and produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and marketing materials
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with Asia Lab Manufacturing's brand identity and business objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and relevance across all channels
• Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor content to inform creative decisions and maintain competitive advantage
• Manage content calendars, deadlines, and workflow processes to ensure timely publication and delivery
• Optimise content for search engine visibility and audience engagement using relevant keywords and best practices
• Monitor content performance metrics and provide analytics reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Edit, proofread, and quality-check all content before publication to maintain high editorial standards
• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and feedback to build community and foster brand loyalty
• Stay current with emerging content trends, tools, and technologies in the publishing and media industry

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a content creator, copywriter, or in a similar role within advertising, media, or publishing environments
• Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail and grammar
• Proficiency in creating visual content using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent software
• Experience with video editing and multimedia content production is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content across multiple platforms and formats
• Knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take constructive feedback
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work with tight deadlines
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred
