Role Description The Nanny role at Igotopia is a full-time, on-site position based in Sepang. The Nanny will also help with meal preparation and cooking for children, maintain cleanliness in play and rest areas, and coordinate with parents or guardians on schedules and care preferences. The role requires reliability, patience, and clear communication, as well as the ability to adapt to the family’s needs and routines.

Qualifications

• Strong childcare and babysitting skills, with experience working with children in a home or structured setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and the ability to plan age-appropriate, educational, and engaging activities.
• Competence in cooking and preparing balanced meals and snacks for children, with attention to safety and nutrition.
• Ability to create a safe, caring environment, including monitoring children’s well-being, managing routines, and responding calmly in emergencies.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with parents or guardians on daily plans, expectations, and any concerns.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism, with a compassionate and respectful approach to all family members.
• Prior nanny or childcare experience is strongly preferred; relevant certifications in first aid or CPR are an advantage.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Sepang and follow the household’s guidelines and schedules.
