Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement process from data entry, purchase requisition, purchase order issuance and delivery coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels and track material deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and purchasing documentation.
- Assist in preparing and tracking claims and expenses to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement; experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
