Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Plant Manager di CK Ingredient Selangor - Maukerja

•     Manage the production, maintenance, warehouse, QC & QA according to specific standards and protocols of the company.

•     Handle all equipment or machine or tools according to the standard procedures and functionality.

•     Monitor workers to perform according to the type and quantity of materials needed for each production batch to ensure high productivity.

•     Perform process improvement from time to time to bring greater values to customers.

•     Inspect work process and procedure properly to produce high quality products.

•    Oversee warehouse operations, including the safe loading, unloading, storage, and movement of goods.

•     Drive, operate and maintain proper functioning of properly vehicles within the company premises.

•     Handle briefings and meeting with workers to resolve daily work issues.

•     Perform any other related duties necessary to support the efficient operation of the department.

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

• Experience managing plant operations, including Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, QA, and QC, is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal requirements, and food safety practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.

• Willing to work beyond normal working hours when required by operational needs.
