Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing physical and digital files
Prepare and process travel arrangements for staff
Support administrative duties for events and daily operations
Assist in staff leave tracking and HR documentation
Help manage service contracts, office insurance records and expenses claim
Maintain confidentiality and accurate data recording
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team
Requirement:
Currently pursuing Diploma / degree is business administration, HR or related field
Preferably a candidate that having internship for 3 to 6 months
Good communication and organizational skills
Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information
Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word)
Willing to work at Klang
