Main Purpose of Job

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage key strategic initiatives & ecosystem-enablement projects in order to achieve long-term strategic goals and deliver business value. The role will also support strategy development and reviews in order to refine and align the corporate strategy of the group.

The role welcomes a person with a good blend of leadership, analytical & organizational skills, including being proactive and strategic. Exposure to financial services and digital ecosystems building is useful but not required.

Principle responsibilities & duties

• Lead programme planning including establishing roadmap, milestones, decision-making and direction-seeking forums and integrated workplan in order to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives, including tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-entity execution by aligning business units, project teams, external advisers, managing interdependencies, and resolving issues across multiple workstreams or mini-projects
• Drive stakeholder engagement by facilitating communication, managing executive and operational stakeholders, obtaining alignment on key decisions and supporting organisational readiness for programme outcomes
• Ensure delivery of programme outcomes through compliance with governance requirements, obtaining internal and BOD approvals
• Conduct periodic desktop and market research on the business landscape and ecosystem developments and identify options to drive enterprise-wide strategy development & alignment. Prepare presentations/reports/Board papers on the same for update and discussion with top management
• Support strategic reviews of overall company plans and provide recommendations where necessary
