Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Senior Executive to oversee the company's daily HR operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient HR processes, maintaining compliance with Malaysian labor laws, supporting employee development, and providing excellent HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately within the stipulated timeline
- Verify employee attendance, leave, overtime (OT) and claims before payroll processing
- Maintain accurate payroll and attendance records
2. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- Prepare HR letters and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws
3. Performance Management & Employee Development
- Coordinate probation confirmation, annual performance appraisal process
- Employee training records, and track on performance review completion
4. Employee Onboarding & HR Support
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees
- Prepare all foreign worker documents are complete and valid
- Monitor permit expiry dates and regulatory requirements
5. Foreign Worker Administration
- Liaise with agents on work permits, visas, and renewals.
- Ensure all foreign worker documents are complete and valid.
- Monitor permit expiry dates and regulatory requirements.
6. General HR & Administrative Support
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
- Assist in improving HR processes and SOPs.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, HR operations, and Malaysian Employment Act.
- Familiar with BrioHR, ESoft, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in foreign worker management is an added advantage.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills and able to work independently
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
