JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Carry out servicing, preventive maintenance, cleaning, installation, repair, and troubleshooting works for air conditioning systems.
  • Inspect and diagnose faults for various types of air conditioning units including split units, cassette units, FCU, AHU, and related HVAC equipment.
  • Assist in installation works including piping, insulation, drain pipe, wiring support, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning units.
  • Perform basic technical checks such as gas pressure reading, filter cleaning, coil cleaning, operational checking, and system performance inspection.
  • Support corrective maintenance works and assist in identifying suitable repair actions at site.
  • Ensure all works are carried out according to safety requirements, work quality standards, and supervisor’s instructions.
  • Maintain proper handling of tools, equipment, materials, and cleanliness of the work area.
  • Prepare or assist in preparing daily work updates, service reports, defect findings, material usage, and job completion status.
  • For Lead Technician role, supervise and coordinate technician team activities at site to ensure work is completed efficiently and properly.
  • Liaise with supervisor, client representative, or management team on site progress, technical issues, and required follow-up actions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • TVET / SKM / DKM qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in air conditioning servicing, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to troubleshoot various types of air conditioning systems including split unit, cassette unit, FCU, AHU, and related equipment.
  • Experience in leading a small technical team at site will be an added advantage.
  • Daikin certificate, CSTP, and CIDB Green Card will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
