Role Description 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects. You will collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. You will be responsible for project governance, risk and issue management, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and ensuring project delivery aligns with established project management methodologies and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects, including SAP, ERP, CRM, software development, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, clients, implementation partners, vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and enhancement requests through established change management and governance processes.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, progress updates, risk reports, and executive summaries.
• Ensure project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, issue logs, and implementation documents, are properly maintained.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, SAP Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Developers, QA Teams, Infrastructure Teams, and Business Users to ensure successful project implementation.
• Support project activities including requirement gathering, solution design, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational governance, delivery methodologies, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, implementation teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, methodologies, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably involving SAP, ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, software development, cloud solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and closure.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage project scope, budget, resources, timelines, risks, and delivery expectations effectively.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile certification, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing SAP, CRM, ERP customization, system integration and enterprise application implementation projects.  
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application development processes, and system integration methodologies.
• Experience managing cloud-based solutions, infrastructure projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional, regional, and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong client-facing experience with proven ability to manage customer expectations and business relationships.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, cybersecurity considerations, and change management practices.
