Tanggungjawab

  • Ensure all personnel records are kept in proper order, up-to-date and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist in implementing HR standards, policies, procedures and provide HR administrative support.
  • Manage employee benefits, staff records, training files, medical claims, recruitment and staff matters.
  • Follow-up on the necessary procedures for staff training & development and other staff matters where required.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, medical check-ups and updates with Government agencies.
  • Liaise with employees on staff matters whenever required.
  • Contact suppliers and manufacturers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and manage sourcing, purchasing and delivery.
  • Issue: Enquiry, PO, Invoice, D.O and V.O, and handle financial transactions.
  • Maintain office filing systems, bookkeeping records and ensure the office is well organized.
  • Prepare and update weekly, monthly and yearly project reports.
  • Ensure stocks are purchased according to purchase specifications.
  • Respond professionally to clients, manage general email enquiries and perform other duties assigned by the management.
  • Should understand what information to input in the book keeping program and create a method for organizing receipts and other related financial paperwork.
  • Handle any other tasks assigned by manager from time to time.
  • Should know how to manage their time well without needing to rely on other staff members.
  • Should know how to organize day and complete all required tasks before their shift ends.
  • Manage and forward emails from the company's general email account to the appropriate recipients.
  • Should present themselves professionally.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma, Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a related field, or relevant working experience of min 1 year.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skilled in computer applications and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Must possess a valid driving licence.
  • Able to travel, follow company instructions and work overtime or on weekends when required.
  • Good time management, communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as a team player.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, initiative, commitment and a sense of urgency.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
