• Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved construction drawings and quality standards.
• Attend site inspections to verify that structural, architectural, and MEP works meet required quality standards.
• Inspect on-site materials to confirm adherence to project specifications and approved submittals.
• Prepare detailed quality inspection reports following site visits.
• Participate in quality meetings and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and generate comprehensive PDI reports.
• Prepare Quality Assessment Reports in accordance with the QLASSIC standard.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor rectification works to resolve quality issues.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
