We are currently looking for dedicated, detailed and responsible Operation Executive to join our Senior Residence.

So what is your role about?

• Finance & Accounting: Manage daily accounting (AP, AR, GL), prepare monthly reports, handle payments, and ensure accurate financial records and compliance.
• Billing & Collections: Oversee resident billing, monitor receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments while assisting families with billing inquiries.
• Procurement & Cost Control: Source and manage suppliers, handle purchasing of supplies, and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Administration: Maintain proper documentation, support licensing & regulatory documentation requirements, support day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the centre.
