Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Manage cleaners' attendance, discipline, and work performance.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and replacement arrangements.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables are sufficient.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Possess a valid Class D driving licence.
• Able to travel to multiple sites within the Klang Valley.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
