Job Description:

· Safely transport new vehicles between showroom, stockyard, workshop, PDI Centre, JPJ, PUSPAKOM, customer locations and other designated destinations.

· Ensure all vehicle movements are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with company policies and road traffic regulations.

· Conduct pre-delivery and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in good operating condition.

· Assist in vehicle registration, road tax renewal, PUSPAKOM inspections and other related matters with relevant authorities.

· Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of showroom, display and delivery vehicles.

· Coordinate and support Sales Consultants and Sales Coordinators in preparing vehicles for customer viewing, test drives and deliveries.

· Monitor, maintain and update the Test Drive Log Book to ensure all test drive records are complete, accurate and properly authorized.

· Ensure test drive vehicles are clean, roadworthy and have sufficient fuel before and after each test drive session.

· Record and monitor vehicle movement, mileage, fuel consumption and delivery records accurately.

· Report immediately to the Sales Manager on any vehicle damage, accident, traffic offence or maintenance issue.

· Assist in transferring vehicles between EON branches, stockyards and external vendors whenever required.

· Collect and deliver documents, vehicle keys and other official company items between branches, HQ and relevant authorities.

· Support showroom operations and perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

· Monitor the validity of road tax and insurance for all assigned test drive and company vehicles, and promptly notify the Sales Manager or Administration Department prior to expiry.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

· Possess a valid Malaysian Driving Licence (Class D).

· Minimum two (2) years of relevant driving experience with a clean driving record and no major traffic offences.

· Physically fit and capable of performing operational and outdoor duties as required.

· Demonstrate a high level of integrity, responsibility, punctuality and professionalism in carrying out daily duties.

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

· Willing to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, whenever required to support business operations.

· Familiar with basic vehicle inspection and able to identify and report any vehicle defects or abnormalities.

· Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies, road transport regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
