Tanggungjawab

Preparing the finance agreement including all security via Loan & Leasing system (Ambit). This includes Approval Letter & Letter of Under Taking via Ambit

Follow up with supplier(s) (e.g. SMY & BB) to ensure all contract agreement particulars are in order. Regularise any deviations.

Updating customer payment record

Working with The Scania Way (TSW), the Scania Credit Malaysia team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities

Prepare insurance invoice for customers

Prepare supporting documents for funding request from the accounting team

Activated contracts and send for stamping

Monitoring payment of post-dated cheque and arrange for banking service

Send statement of account to customers

Education And/or Experience


  • Education background- SPM Level
  • Relevant business knowledge and experience
  • Sound knowledge on the asset based finance industry (Knowledge of Commercial vehicle market an advantage)

  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, well organized and highly committed to work
  • Ability to multi-task and hands on to deliver with minimal supervisory
  • Strong communication skills while proficiency in verbal & written Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Be proficient in key aspects of IS/IT specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment
