Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for logistics, scrap & waste management, and logistics tools/equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and tendering activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive cost optimisation and maximise value through strategic sourcing.
• Analyse procurement data and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and project requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience in non-BOM procurement within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement operations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
