About the role
Work Location: Malaysia
We are seeking a Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist to be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, complaints, RMAs, and quotes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Contact for Customer Inquiries, orders, complaints, RMA’s and quotes.
- Enter customer orders into database accurately and promptly
- Verify order details for accuracy and completeness
- Provide order confirmations to customers
- Communicate with customers to resolve order discrepancies
- Maintain detailed and organized records of orders
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Proven work experience as an Order Entry Clerk, Sales Administrator, or similar role
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficiency in data entry and management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Aptitude for understanding a wide array of part numbers and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- MUST Bachelor Degree in any discipline is preferred.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
