1⃣ Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels

• Ensure stock accuracy in system vs physical count

• Perform stock take / cycle count

• Maintain proper storage & labeling

2⃣ Goods Receiving

• Check incoming goods against DO / PO

• Inspect quantity and condition

• Update system (GRN entry)

• Report discrepancies to purchasing / supplier

3⃣ Goods Issuing

• Issue materials according to requisition

• Prepare delivery orders (DO)

• Ensure proper documentation before release

4⃣ Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain stock records in ERP / system

• Ensure compliance with company SOP

5⃣ Coordination

• Liaise with:

o Purchasing department

o Production team

o Sales / logistics team

• Arrange transport for delivery if required

6⃣ Warehouse Control

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness & safety

• Organize storage space efficiently
