Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Prepare and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project baselines, milestones, and critical path schedules.
• Monitor project progress and analyse schedule performance against approved baselines.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and constraints, and recommend mitigation or recovery plans.
• Coordinate project planning activities with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-Curves, look-ahead schedules, and management dashboards.
• Support project meetings by providing schedule updates, planning analysis, and progress reports.
• Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, recovery schedules, and project planning documentation.
• Maintain accurate planning records and ensure schedule data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other planning-related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the engineering, construction, electrical, infrastructure, or EPC industry.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, industrial, or EV charging projects is an added advantage.

Required Competencies

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyse project progress, identify schedule variances, and prepare recovery plans.
• Familiarity with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes.
