Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set or partial set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory regulations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Perform any other ad-hoc accounting or finance duties assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates may apply)
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, SAP, AutoCount, MYOB, QuickBooks)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
