Financial Controller position for an EPCC company in Shah Alam.

Your new company

A growing EPCC organisation specialising in providing services & delivering solutions across residential and commercial spaces which operates across multiple regions. They are looking for a financial controller who is able to lead their multi-country finance operations.

Your new role

Reporting to the Group CFO, your responsibilities involve the following but not limited to:

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with MFRS/IFRS and Group policies
  
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  
• Drive financial consolidation and coordination with regional finance teams
  
• Establish, standardise, and enforce finance policies, procedures, and internal controls across regions

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
  
• Experience in EPCC companies or Construction companies is a must.
  
• Experience working as a Financial Controller or senior finance manager in both public listed companies & multinational companies (MNCs).
  
• Proven experience in group consolidation and regional reporting.
  
• Strong leadership experience especially with multi-country or multi-entity exposure.
  
• Experience supporting fast-growing, project-based, or engineering/construction businesses is highly advantageous.
