Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire warehouse personnel by assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance to foster a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring effective inventory control, shipping, receiving, and delivery processes while prioritizing safety and compliance.
- Manage essential office administration tasks, including maintenance, purchasing, and identifying cost-saving initiatives that benefit the organization.
- Champion compliance with Quality Management Systems (GDPMD) and ISO standards, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations for best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, shipping agents, and service providers to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, ensuring all warehouse equipment is well-maintained and operating effectively.
- Keep accurate inventory records through regular audits and manage stock levels based on demand forecasts to meet customer needs.
- Provide administrative support to interdependent companies and coordinate outsourced services effectively.
- Ensure products are maintained to the highest standards before arranging timely deliveries.
- Monitor and manage schedules for outsourced services, such as security and cleaning, to create a safe and efficient working environment.
- Accurately maintain and update all shipping and delivery documents in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and submit insightful monthly reports and analyses to inform operational strategies.
Pre-requisites:
- Education: A degree in Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse management practices, supervisory capabilities, and forklift handling skills (preferred).
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
