MAN Truck Workshop Operator

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Salary: RM1,800 - RM 2,000 month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview

We are seeking an operators with working efficiently with colleagues and supervisors. This role requires strong communication skill, physical involvement in assembly tasks, and the ability to handle high-pressure challenges.

Responsibilities·

• Daily workshop operations and allocate jobs to technicians.
• Ensure repairs comply with MAN manufacturer standards.
• Monitor workshop productivity and labour efficiency.
• Coordinate with Parts Department for spare parts availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Follow production schedules and work orders to achieve daily objectives
• Clean work area according to safety and hygiene standards
• Work together with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and achieve the required production
• Follow all safety measures in place and wearing related personal protective equipment
• Carry out cleaning, lubricating, and general maintenance of equipment and machines
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift when necessary
• Assist with equipment changeovers between production runs
• Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks
• Maintain proper communication with supervisors and co-workers regarding ongoing productions and issues
• Take part in emergency response procedures and safety drills
• Observe and report any potential quality concerns or safety hazards to supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or diploma
• Basic knowledge of machinery and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
