Srri Easwari Mills Sdn. Bhd. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in the FMCG food industry, particularly in spices and flour products.

Successful candidates will be placed in one of the following areas based on their interests, skills and academic background:

Marketing Intern

• Assist with booth setup, promotional activities and marketing events.
• Engage with consumers and support brand awareness activities.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and consumer experiences.
• Assist with basic marketing coordination and related tasks.

Trade Intern – Modern Trade & General Trade

• Assist in monitoring product placement and availability in stores.
• Support trade activities involving modern trade and general trade channels.
• Learn how products are distributed, displayed and sold through retail outlets.
• Assist with store-related coordination, reporting and follow-up tasks.

Sales Analytics Intern

• Extract and organise sales data from Excel files.
• Prepare summaries and simple reports for management review.
• Analyse sales trends and product availability.
• Conduct research on consumer behaviour and market trends.
• Suggest ideas to improve product visibility and availability in stores.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Available for an internship period of 3 months or longer.
• Interested in the FMCG food industry, branding and consumer behaviour.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of design or social media tools is an added advantage.
• Fast learner, open-minded and able to work well in a team.
